Re: Foldline on photo of reference letter?

For passport applications creases in the photo are not accepted. As Government departments often follow the same guidelines I’d say it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Re: Good Character Doubtful

From what you’ve said I don’t see this going against you.

Only the FPN needs to be declared, none of the PCNs.

Re: Good Character Doubtful

First one would need to be declared, regardless of taking the speed awareness course you have effectively pleaded guilty and the offence has been registered. 2 & 3 are civil offences registered against the registered keeper of the car regardless of who was driving and therefore are not required ...

A house purchase can fall through (assuming it’s a house purchase)

Set up Royal Mail redirect so all your mail comes to your new address. Write to the HMPO with your new address when you move.

You have to declare CCJs in your application. Not doing so will make you liable to a ban for deception if caught.

Non payment of debt will go against you when you apply. It doesn’t matter what address you are at, there is a court ruling against you and you owe the money.

Do you plan to marry? If so she could switch to a spouse visa as long as you meet the other requirements such as financial.

If you’re going to use NCS you need to complete the paper form. You can’t use NCS if you apply online.

Re: Returning a spouse visa

That form is for points based visas. The closest the UKVI have is the following: https://www.gov.uk/visas-when-you-separate-or-divorce That’s for informing them of an end to a relationship. I’d send a letter with all the details from the link above but to UKVI in Croydon informing them that the marr...

Once you’ve submitted your online application you’ll immediately get a biometrics letter. Take that with you to a Post Office branch that does biometrics enrolment and pay the fee when it’s done.

Re: Remarried 2nd wife before Decree Absolute

That’s the problem, they know you’re married. In Pakistan you’re legally married, in the UK it’s not recognised. Messy.

Might need to get professional advice on how to proceed.

I assume your marriage in Pakistan was registered with NADRA and not just an Islamic one? If registered, your marriage won’t be recognised here.

Re: Returning a spouse visa

So you’re still a married couple but doing so in a long distance relationship?

As the sponsor you are responsible for informing the UKVI of this situation. They are likely to curtail the visa, what impact it may have is difficult to say especially as you’ve taken 2 years to notify them.

Re: Can NHS Prescription penalty charge affect application?

PCNs are not normally declared. Admittedly I’ve not come across one for NHS costs but I don’t see why this needs to be declared in the application form as it hasn’t reached court and cannot result in a criminal conviction. Here’s the detailed Good Character guidance https://assets.publishing.service...

You’ll be able to book that day on 13 October at 00:00 if the UKVI booking system is behaving itself. If you can’t find a slot it’ll have to be a...

White paper is standard for official documentation.

Take your documents to a local print shop, it’s not that expensive.
