No. This is sufficient as they only ask for earnings from two different sources.

If you carry your last completed accounts then it will show the profit loss anyways so no need to carry a separate letter for that.

Your accountant can mention your shareholding on the same letter which describes your earning. dont forget to carry all 5 years P60, company incorporation certificate from the Companies House, and P45s for any employer where you worked under work permit (I was asked for all these) If your current ac...

Do you both work under the same ltd company? Who is the director of your ltd company?

Assuming your wife has a separate ltd company, then it will not affect your application, as only cohab and Life In The UK docs are checked for the Tier1 dependant.

Sam_84, My case was identical to yours. they can't match your bank statements with your P60 for each monthly salary paid. Better present bank statements and salary slips which can be matched for every month claimed. Last 12 months will be enough but make sure you carry all 5 years P60, and p45 for t...

@splashing

Make sure your PAYE/NI VAT etc. are all paid to HMRC and highlighted in your business bank statements (or whichever bank you use to pay them). This makes your case stronger. I was grilled about them.

Ask your friend if he can refer to any guidelines or rules to support his claim. As long as you get sufficient points, previous salary is not important. I have recently received my ILR with £33,000 earnings, and my earning in the previous Tier1 application was £34,000. I only needed £30,000 to earn ...

Just mention the salary taken out each month. I did the same and got my ILR approved last week.

The SET(M) guidelines itself says that this form is for

"spouse or civil partner of a person present and
settled in the UK"

which is exactly the case?

IMO Dependents can only apply on SET(O) if applying at the same time as the main applicant?

Thanks for your reply CR001

I went to this link to choose the right form, and chose "partner of a permanent UK resident" and it suggested SET(M)

I can't see any other option there to choose :?:

Hi CR001, My wife's Tier1 dependent visa runs until 2014 so she does not need to switch to FLR(M) under the new rules as long as she remains in the country. The issue is that we have to go out of the country and hence its important for her to get her ILR I was reading the SET(M) guidelines, and it m...

Thanks. Sorry, my wife got her visa in Jan 2011 (my stupid mistake)

I have corrected the mistake in the original post. So is she eligible on 13th Dec 2012?

Query regarding SET (M)

Hi friends, I recently receieved my ILR on 28th Nov 2012 @ Croydon PEO. (WP + Tier1. I was asked for a number of docs, so I can help with the list if anyone having similar case). I was a bit confused about my wife's eligibility so applied alone. My wife receieved her entry clearance as Tier 1 depend...
