I called HM passport office and one person in customer service asked me to send a letter and send person asked me there is no need to send a letter and pur 00-00-1951 as father DOB .

I don't know which option I need to take in my application form.

In my Naturalization application I have put 00/00/1951 .

Also I am not aware of my parent marriage date . Can I leave that blank.

Can I write a letter to passport office and explain to them that I am not aware of these dates.

I am applying for my first British Passport.

My father passed away and I only know his year of birth and not aware of day and month.

Do I need to put 00-00-1951 or leave it blank --/--/1951.

Do I need to write a letter along with my application to passport office and address this issue.

I submitt my application for naturalization.

My referrence put their date of birth but in first column where it says put your professional and total age I miss putting total age number.
