Your friend can ask Home Office to revoke her hubby’s British citizenship if she admits that their marriage has been a sham bet she will be treated as been part of that and be prosecuted. T

SET M application Application submitted through settlement checking service on 23/10/2012 Aknowledgement letter received on 01/11/2012 biometrics requested on 22/11/2012 and taken on 27/11/2012 Aproval letter dated 5 February 2013 Received on 8 February 2013 biometric card received on 8 February 2013.

My documents return today ..sadly my wife as Dependent ILR application has been refused.Because she hasn't completed two year probationary period.
