Hey Appex221, good to see you here again! That's assuring, I am assuming the HO did not ask for any documents to your HR dept during the renewal process. I would still suggest our HR to prepare documents as from the guidance I noticed HO only give you 5 days to prepare and send any documents require...

Not for SET LR category I am afraid! T1 or T2 have a 90 days grace period after the visa is granted which can be counted to completed 5 years residency to be eligible for ILR. Thanks Appex221, much appreciated. That's what I thought, but I also read somewhere on this thread that if you enter in the UK within 3 months of date of Visa grant, your 28 days count starts from date of grant..
