The guidance does not say anywhere that you cannot hire someone working elsewhere part-time or full-time.

It is entirely possible that your employee works for you for, say, 30 hours during the week and 10 hours over the weekend for some other employer.

Seems ok but make sure to include a covering letter to explain how you meet the requirements.

The entrepreneur visa allows you to work as an entrepreneur only. You cannot be employed by other firms.

Only the rule that third party documents must confirm ongoing access to funds is not retrospective, everything else is.

The content (which will have to be your own input) carries weightage and not the format.

Contact details, relationship with the third party.

In order to be safe and to avoid any future problems with regard to your application, you should maintain the funds in your account if you can.

I am assuming that the processing will take at least 6 months and am making plans accordingly. It seems unlikely that the processing with be any faster now that additional requirements have been put into place.

That is a a loophole in the new guidelines and I am certain that the UKBA will amend this particular rule accordingly very soon.

The UKBA guidance says that the report is available 'for a fee' but I haven't seen any page on the Companies House website for such an elaborate Appointment Report.

It isn't a must, but providing a business plan will probably strengthen your application as it will show that you are serious about running and expanding your business.

Don't challenge the judgement; you are unlikely to succeed. Instead, you should reapply and provide the third party documents to fulfill the criteria set by the UKBA.
