Instead of taking legal action, why not put the money back into your accounts (if you have withdrawn it)? They'll only contact you for updated evidence if they have reasons to believe that the documents provided are not genuine. Otherwise the application process will go ahead as normal.

I'm no expert but I can't see how that can be compulsory.
Not all businesses trade with other businesses; many just trade with individuals.
Not 100% sure about the requirement for the visa though.
