well its very clear i will be eligible to apply for ILR one i complete four years which is 365X4
My question is still intact whether with maternity pay alone do i stand any chance of getting ILR.

Though i got HSMP approval in Jan 06 but i came to UK in April 06 plus i spend one month abroad, so the actual number of days accumulating to four years will be in summer 2010.

I have checked the link you adviced previously but to be honest i couldn't find answer to what my specific question. Also they have intorduced a new set of forms in June 09 therefore i dont want to take any risks

Re-instatement as HSMP

A person who came under old HSMP to UK & got extension under point based system, in this scenario doesn the immigrant needs to apply for reinstatement as old HSMP or shall he/she wait til the limited leave expires

i initially received approval letter in aug but due to some spelling mistake twice by home office i finally got my correct letter in Nov 05 & got entry clearence in Jan 06 & came in april 2006

My friend is of Pakistani Nationality . His wife also holds pakistani nationality and joined him an year after when he came to UK. They have not worked in any other country before coming to UK.

What about such case

HSMP approval prior to April 2006 but extension of 4 years granted under new rules (it was before HSMP won case regarding retrospective changes).

Will the home office revoke their 4 years extension & make it for three years?
