CoS End Date after Sponsor license expires

Hi, I'm extending Tier 2 General with the same employer. Our sponsor license expires in Nov, 2016, and we intend to renew it, although according to UKBA we can only extend it in Aug. My visa expires in March, and we are starting the renewal process right now. My question is can we still issue the Co...

Thank you for the reply, vinny. I'm a bit confused by the ukba explanation here http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/working/tier2/general/dependants/eligibility Especially by the following sentence: "Your dependants can be over 18 years old if they are in the UK now as dependant...

She does not have a long-term visa (i.e. can't switch into TIER 2 Generial dependant), will be applying from her home counry and obviously older...

You have to make a fresh application from you home country, because your last leave to remain expired more than 28 days ago, so your fresh application from inside of UK will be automatically rejected.

Do not forget that your company now has to do RLMT as your PSW has expired.

Thanks for your reply, THIRUPATHI I asked about what your lawyer said because I feel I might be in the same situation next week. Did you go for oral or written appeal? And have you been told how much time roughly it will take? I don't know if it's fortunate or not, but I have no experience(yet) with...

Hi THIRUPATHI, May I ask you a question about the appeal you lodged? Did your legal adviser say there is a chance that you might win the appeal or you just trying to win some time(to do RLMT for example and then reapply from your home country)? What worries me is that you are not allowed to provide ...

Really appreciate it.

Don't get me wrong, but is there by any chance a document easier to read?

What can we do in appeal process?

Hi folks, Could anyone please clarify one moment for me? I'm switching from PSW to Tier 2. What can we argue about during the appeal process? For example, if I get rejected due to a low salary or wrong job description, can my employer say that they have raised my salary and is there a chance that I ...
Yes you can apply in the 28 day grace period. But it's always better to apply why your visa is still valid, as if something goes wrong and you are rejected, you will not have right of appeal.
Hi, just to confirm: what is the immigration status of the migrant during those 28 day peri...

Biometric information enrolment

Hi, Really stupid question that has been bothering me for the last couple of weeks. If I already have BRP and it was sent to UKBA along with the other supporting documents, will I have to enrol my biometric info again? And if no, shall I get other kind of acknowledgement from UKBA that they have rec...

Thanks a lot for your reply.

Is there a UKBA document, where I can find this information?

Do not get me wrong: it's not that I don't believe you.. It's just I will have to ask for a salary raise and I want to have proof:)

Options in case of refusal

Hi folks, I applied for TIER 2(General) on 2nd Jan and my current visa expires on 16th FEB. I feel like there are several aspects of my application that UKBA might not like and therefore reject my application. I would like to know what are my options in case of the refusal? Especially taking into co...

muhdkhokhar,

I don't make enough for "programmer" either.

Is there some sort of a document(except SOC codes descriptions of course), which can help me to back this(the fact that I will be refused) up?
