Usually BRP includes the date your current leave expires:) Take the hint.

Did mine on 26th Jan.. No news since then.

You have to make a fresh application from you home country, because your last leave to remain expired more than 28 days ago, so your fresh application from inside of UK will be automatically rejected.

Do not forget that your company now has to do RLMT as your PSW has expired.
