Please I have a little brother that finished with Ordinary degree, does anyone know if this meets the criteria of a degree to apply for graduate visa

I just submitted my wife's application on Friday online. We were redirected to UKVCAS to book a date and we only got a date for end of march to submit document.

My question is will the processing start after the document is submitted in UKVCAS or as soon as we submitted on Friday.
