What does the sponsorship licence say? Is the other company a sister company? Mostly companies with different branches apply for one sponsorship licence and that cover all the brances. What's the name of the company?

True, you can't be unemployed being a WP holder. Just a simple line in the letter will do saying that you are still needed in the employment. If you are not going to be made redundant until sept, there is no need to mention it on your employer letter. I hope you will be applying via PEO too

When you pass your life in the UK test, they advise you at the test centre itself that you have to give 2 days gap in between. All I can say is to be on the safer side, try to reschedule it and see if you can sit on Friday earlier instead of going on Monday 25th Feb.

Re: withdrawing money after applying for Tier2 visa

Hello all, I have maintained 900 pounds for 90 consecutive days before applying for the tier2 visa and I have provided my bank statements as evidence for that. I would like to enquire about the following two cases: Case1-Now, can I withdraw money from my account after applying for the Tier2 visa? (...

Why don't you go to the bank and ask them to print the statements for you? I got it done last month and it came with all the details name, acc number, address etc. also ask them to stamp on every page of the statement.

Ha, great minds think alike! Yeah that's the problem, what exactly is the definition of "self-employed"? Usually when I ask, I get the same lecture about "no self employment, you can only work up to 20 extra hours a week in the same area as you main occupation, etc." In my opini...

It all depends how serious it was and when it happened. You can get ACRO and PNC check and see if anything comes on it. If it was in last 24 months and it does appear on the checks then it would be difficult. PM if you want

True if the case is straightforward why bother? Not that lawyer can change your circumstances. Same applies for ILR. My case was extra complicated and none of the lawyers had a clue. I applied by myself via PEO and it was like a walk in the park

No one can predict the waiting times. They are very random. A lot depends what extra documentation they asked for?
