It has happened to me earlier where I sent details to UKBA as my position, salary and employers address changed, it took them 4 months to update that on the system and was stopped at immigration when coming back from holidays.

Solihull will be a good option as you don't risk on losing the money. But do remember the outcome will be the same if the UKBA's systems are not updated.

I am going to consult the Solicitor to demand compensation from my employer for my loss, I have lost £1377 as application fee and travel expenses to Sheffield. Because of the employer mistake I landed in trouble, it caused me financial loss , mental pressure. If I reapply ILR, I am not sure whether...

Unfortunately as a tier 2 applicant you need a letter from your employer stating absences. For the sick reasons, you can draft a letter up yourself but it still needs to be backed by your employer

A mentioned earlier, you have nothing to worry about. Multiple posts just makes everyone's job more difficult as we all end up wasting time reading the post which had already been replied to. Good luck

could not get appointment,,,,tried birmingham liverpool shefield Correct. Why don't you apply via PEO? When are you looking to apply? Go online and check it around 2am, lots of appointments come available at that. If your case is straightforward dont apply by post. It is a 6 months torture period

Their are members of this board who cannot control their emotions and make every attempt to make communication with UKBA before they have submitted their application over 6 months ago despite the fact they are advised not to right here: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/aboutus/contact/contactspage...

Your application could still be refused, or you could be asked to provide further evidence, even after fee debit. Thanks for the reply, I know you may get refused, I was wondering if they do a check to see if the required documents are submitted before they take the fee! They usually do that for IL...

It's a hit and miss. Totally CW's discretion. He/she may look at the absences(9 out of 10 times) it's the first thing they check when you go PEO. They may say due to absences you have to apply by post or may look into detail the proof you will provide for those absences. Try and book PEO Solihull

Re: Notes to Q 6.1

How do you mention the note 'in-country application / approval' ? Would that be at the bottom of the question outside the fill-in boxes or do you attach a separate page with notes where applicable? There is no provision on the form to put that. What category of visa was your in country application ...

Disclose it as you would have passed 24month period anyway by the time you will apply for your ILR. You will be fine
