There is a form called notification of technical changes on UKBA website for this purpose only. Fee is £22. Print, fill and send.

Hi everyone i have booked in service appointment on 1st march Belfast. i need some advice for my Tier 2 Ext .my visa expires on 15th April and book visa date on 1 st March 1.is it better to apply by post or in person i don't know the postal time scale my friends saying these days Home office taking...

I re-entered in UK, after 147 days of gap, and since then living in UK continuously. I understand, I am still fine to apply for ILR due new rules announced on 13th December 2012. However, I am not discussing 180 days rule in this thread. I like to know how UKBA will know I was absent for 147 days? ...

You can try UK WP who are specialist in tier 2 categories. Based in London. I applied for my 5 year work permit through them few years back

As long as you get the dependant visa for UK, you can work here even if your spouse is working in Ireland. So your spouse employer is based in UK and she is still required to work In Ireland right?

You can look to apply for subclass 186 which is State Nominated Programme. You have to stay in that particular state for first two years. It is a point system programme where you have to get atleast 65 point.

You get points on age, English proficiency, work experience and education

No you have to rebook it requesting the appointment for the category you wish to apply
