Hi ILRSeeker, For Point B- Did your employer give you a reason why they issued p45? Glitch in the system? Normally WP/Tier 2 categories CW don't ask for P60's for all the 5 years as per my experience and others on this forum but there has been instances applicants have been asked for it. The best wa...

You dont have to declare it on the form if it was FPN & 3 points. You definitely haven't committed a crime if it was a penalty notice

Do you personally think there could anything that could lead to what HO office is saying? Have you been getting P60's & payslips from employer on your regular basis throughout the 5 year period with the correct NI number and written on that?

I don't think there is any need for a SAR file unless you have a doubt in mind.

If you don't have any last 5 years P60's then order it from HmRC and keep the one in safe place which you will get after 31st March.

Rest is all standard for WP holders which is stated in my original success post

Why would you want to order a SAR file? If there are no gaps in the employment and your work permit has been ok throughout the 5 year period, what are you worries about?

By employment history you mean 5 yrs P60s from HMRC?

Sounds good. Try and get the SOC letter matching the job title in which the salary is less than the one stated on your WP. Mould your letter that way, make you are satisfied with it to explain the CW if he ends up asking you. Obviously I don't know your job title and and JD so cannot make a decision

Caseworkers normally try and match the SOC code or the nearest one as per job description. In my case he printed the page where my job title was there. Mine was exactly the same title. You need to either ask your employer to state few responsibilities which will help. What industry you work in?

Asking for your previous immigration history and absences letter plus old passport, there is a high chance it's related to the entry and exit dates. As mentioned earlier, though it's not relevant but still each caseworker assess the case in their own way. If you don't think there is any discrepancy,...

The only other reason could be that they want to check your entry n exit dates. They have your entry dates on their system but not the exit dates. But again not sure how it's relevant to your case. True, only they would know that

The best way out is to get a SAR report as mentioned above by cs95tdg. It will take about 40 days and you will get a clear picture where you stand. Good luck

YES same Employer's Subsidiary back home. Because your ILR is based on 5 years on workpermit in the UK(well 4yr 11 months) you can get away with just putting your employement details when you started working here in the UK. If your employer wants to add a line in the letter about 3 years back home,...
