Re: Criminality Clarification !

Friends and seniors here, As we are aware of criminality check rules have been changed from 13th December ,2012 as follows for settlement or ILR. I am a little bit confused about the words and terms used on part( iv ) as copied below. As a result, general grounds of refusal (Part 9 of the immigrati...

Do you have any idea what i need to do to avoid trouble/ rejection in this case? What would you suggest? Would it be ok if i ...

Although the ILR decision depends on everything else but your appearance, it would be a general courtesy to look presentable. I don't see need for business suit , but something that makes everyone around you comfortable should be the norm. No need for a pinstripe suit with a tie, just plain busines...

Sorry to hear. I believe the only way out is to contact home office and tell them your situation. If they agree and tell ypu where ypur application stands, then well and good. If not then you have to go down the route of withdrawing your application. Not sure if other members have different views ab...

Re: FPN-3 points

I also got 3 points on my license along with £60 fine for speeding. I'm willing to show it in the form, however section 7.2 clearly say not to include FPN for speeding. And section 7.4 for is not related with traffic offence. So where i should mention that I've got 3 FPN for speeding. your early re...

Prima facie a court fine would become spent after 5 years. You need to see a immigration solicitor and confirm when it becomes spent under rehabilitation of offenders act. When it becomes spent you would be eligible providing no more offences. Read the new rules stated in the 'New Criminal Convicti...

I don't see that being a problem. I presume your WP letter has a stamp on it with the date of entry, that is if you got EC to enter the UK on that WP. If so that would serve as proof of date of first entry (if that's what you are worried about). It was in country application switched from Fresh Tal...

You can stay legally while your application is being processed and are allowed to work.

What is the reason that they asked you to submit further docs? What further docs have they asked, because the time period will depend on the depth of the enquiry
