You need to check if comes under conviction or not.

Best thing will be to do is ACRO or CRB check. If there is anythin against you,. it will show up there.

It it went to magistrate court, you should still declare it and attach these above two cerificates if they come clear.

Declare it for your piece of mind. But as mentioned earlier, this wont have any effect on your application for 2 following reasons:- 1.New rules 13th Dec 2012, only convictions that took place in last 24 months from the date of application will be refused. 2. Yours was just a speeding fine, it is no...

If there were no court proceedings/fine gone through court then you dont need to mention it.

For your piece of mind, if you want to mention that it won't have an effect on your application

If no points have been endorsed on your licence and no further action was taken. You don't need to mention it as it won't come in any of CRB checks etc. Goodluck

Is it not correct if you are switching it from PSW you need to have minimum of NQF Level 6 occupation? So if you are showing it as an Artist, it is not a NQF level 6 job. Pls read below:- Codes of practice for Tier 2 (General) and Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) Applicants under Tier 2 (General) or ...

Yea it is bit of a trek to get from airport to hotel/PEO specially a hassle with a baby. you should keep on trying random times to look for appointment online, specially during night time after midnight or between 1am-2am.

You just need to renew your biometric card every 10 years then like we renew everything else. Renew does not mean new application.

Question on requesting a SAR file from HO

Members, As per UKBA's website, Home office takes 40 days to get back to us with the details requested. Has anyone requested a SAR File before or know anyone who had requested? The question is do they normally take 40 days or can it be sent earlier? I am applying on 30th Jan, if does definitely take...

Totally understand where Hucer is coming from as before when they used to stamp indefinite on passports, it didn't have an end date. But good example by Luca for making things more clearer.

@reedjanet

As you are on WP, and though your absences are not too many. I would recommend that you still get a letter from your employer to be on the safer side as it won't do you any harm. You still have to state all paid absences too.
