hi........ I am bit confuse plzz help.....currently I am on spouse(dependent) visa..I came to UK on 11 may 2011 .My husband is on tier1general and he will apply for ILR in January2013 but i won't be able to apply because my 2 years will not be completed till that time (4 months to 2yrs till jan 2013...
