Your case is very similar to many of ours. WP + Tier2 and Tier1. Mine was just identical. My company as yours will not any document to support any absense. Even i was not paid during that time,so I showed in my absent letter that 45 days leave on conclusion of employment.But my absence was within 60 days. My company withdrawn sponsorship on 27/01/2010 and I returned to UK on 15/02/2010 with new tier 2 visa. so I fulfilled requirement of within 60 days ...
