well all am arguing is they haven't either mentioned that franchise business has to b according to certain soc code list. i have got visa and i am planning to open up afranchise bcoz its easier to create jobs and money can easily b invested as well . i own a business consultancy firm...and am working as a business consultant....

can anyone tell me how much time can be spend outside UK...i read it it should not exceed more than 180 days in any calendar month...can anyone please shed some lite on this sentence

there is one person on a different thread who has posted that he applied in aug ...gave his biometric in sept and got his visa in feb....

one of my friend just told me that few of his friends who applied in aug got their visas approved in feb...so i think the ukba have started moving now...
