There's no right of appeal on financial grounds ( 90 ). Thanks for the clarification. My mother inlaw contacted one of the travel agency back in india - they said she cannot appeal. Its the general visit visa that we applied for, as you need to be a UKcitizen or ILR for family visit visa.
