hi you are refering to englidh test.. i am sponsoring my wife, spousal from India..she has a LLB law degree from UNIV in english medium ...so will that be enough to avoid english test ? some one said she should still do english test becuse her 12 th std schooling was in marathi and not in english .....

there is too much confusing info about ENG lang requiremets... there is IELTS and there is KET and there is city and guilds.. each is a creature and a beast with its own peculiarities... please post your experiences here so people can compare WHY ARE THERE SO LOW RESPONSES, VERY FEW REPLIES, ON THIS...

To sponsor a spouse to come over to UK the uk sponsor must have a stable permanent job...
if he has only been in the job for 3 months, but just out of the job probation period, is that enough ? or does it have to be at least 6 months on the date of the application?
