why did you take IELTS ? if you are a highly q Professional ?
you use either your degree OR IELTS.

Re: English Requirement for ILR

you cannot use a 2 years old cert IF you have changed your ROUTE TRACK...
The big question you should be asking is

when you changed from T2 gen to T2 dependent IS THAT DEEMED TO BE A CHANGE OF TRACK ?

good luck

YOU collect all documents and prepare your file and take the whole shabang to the center ...or upload ...
and take copies ...as they (immigration centre) will charge you and cause delays if they have to do it.

Good luck

Re: Old Eng Lang cert still acceptable ?

Thank you for reading and replies..
some more comments . welcome. any one and every one.
As we go into the new year, 2019, no changes are expected in criteria rules.

Are the fees for ILR expected to increase ? when ? NOT before APRIL (2019) we hope.

Re: How recent Docs? Land reg Title deeds.

CR0001
thank you for polite reply

In my case there has not been a change and I could strongly say on my application that there has been no change and so this document still contains the same info.

But a change could take place ( sale etc) so may be the doc perhaps needs to be more recent ?
