Hi I wanted to know if I can switch from a tier 2 visa if I haven't yet completed my dissertation of my Masters. I couldn't finish in the given time because I was ill and my school gave me an extension. However, I have a job offer and the CoS. Will I be able to switch to the tier 2 using my bachelo...

She can switch if she did her Bachelor's degree here. Otherwise she has to leave the country and apply for a restricted COS. Hi Greenie, Thanks for sharing the information, however I have seen another post from some other member regarding this topic whether one can swicth from Tier 4 to Tier 2 during the studies? and the member said only PhD students can do it. I have a similar situation, where my wife is studying level 8...

:cry: Application refused, the email requesting further documents were in the junk folder of the HR and deadline passed, UKBA refused the application. Need to apply again!!

Licence

Hi Vinay,

Congrats! When did your applied for the licence? my company applied in late october this year and we haven't heard anything till now. My visa is ending in early Feb.

Anyone who can share his/her experience in the same timeline?
