did u call ukba to find out? They do not talk to you on the phone anymore, when you ring them on 08450105200 It says we can not answer phone calls, please email us your inquiry!! Honestly all doors are closed, I do not know what else to do!! I have emailed them a week ago but had no respond so far....

I have got an approval letter from UKBA saying my application for BC has been approved but when I rang the local council they said the UKBA has asked them to send my certificate back. we applied on 6 feb and received letter on 19 feb saying card detials is incorrect thanks to NCS...they filled my card details. then i repaid on 26 feb and still waiting.... It was a waste of money mste, I wouldn't recommend using ncs to anyone unless they desperately need their passport while wait...

They not give to u you should ask them befor left ncs I had a different experience, they said I need to ring them after1 day to get the tracking number.
