Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Do they take back the current Tier 2 BRP card when applying for ILR using UKVCAS Super Priotiy service? My wife went to the appintment and she still keep her current Tier2 BRP card when the appointment finished. No. The letter of approval (if approved) will tell you what to do with it. Thank you:)

Re: Tier 2 to ILR - delay on start date

Hi
I think I'm in the same shoe, could you tell me if you have applied and passed yet?
Did you provide any cover letter to explain?

Thanks

Re: Tier 2 mismatch date question

Thanks GMO, if it's counted from the BRP start date, should we consider the date between BRP start date and actual start date "absence from work"? since her new job not started until 6 Jan 2014. Sorry for the confusing and complicated case...

Re: Tier 2 mismatch date question

Also the PSW was valid until 21 December 2013, so between 21 Decemebr 2013 and 6 Jan 2014, is this a gap?
Do we need to explain in cover letter? if so how do we write it? Help appreciated thanks

She has to go back to her country to apply regardless. You would need more than a rent contact to prove the relationship is 'akin to marriage' Thanks for your reply So even her current visa haven't expired yet, she still has to go back to apply? so is that a strict or non-strict visa?
