i have passed my LINUK test. planing to apply in sep 2013 for ILR.

do i have to pass new test or previous test which i already passed in feb 2013 will fulfill the requirement to get ILR.

I think monthly is best option for you. but whatever way you choose you MUST have same letter from accountant to verify the transactions i.e wage or dividend

Hi, I applied for my mum visit visa. BHC Islamabad refused her visa on ground she will not come back to Pakistan even though she has already visited UK before and returned within her time. Even on refusal letter they wrote we are satisfied with sponsor documents. I applied for appeal in UK But, IA10...

i am not getting any benefit , in SET M form their is a box which clearly mention that YOU or YOUR partner getting any benefit, page no 19

in that case she is getting child benefit ,,,,, what i will write their then,,,,,

i want to know is there any salary threshold set to apply for ILR? As i am on spouse visa on previous rule (when there was no requirement for salary).
