You will get 15 points. To get points for Bachelor degree you need 16 years of study and MCS Degree is another 2 years (that's a total of 18 years). Since you only have 17 years, I think you'll get points only for Bachelor Degree (15)

Spouse job offer

I know that a firm job offer means , beside demonstrating you have the means to support yourself and your family in the UK, speeding up the approval process. My question is: what happens if the job offer is not for the main applicant but for his pertner? Does this also count with HO for speeding up ...

Ok. And what do you mean by fishy? And also, will they ask the applicant before or not?

Thankx for the fast replys. In our case, it's not about submiting a fake refference or smthing like that. The problem is that my husband's position in the company will be very well shaken if HO would like to call and ask about his refferences.

Verifying employer refference letter?

My bigest concern at this moment is: HO verifies the refference letter we send to proof experience? Do you know of any case that they called the employer to verify? If that is the case, then can I do something to stop them from this? My husband's employer is not aware of our intentions and he won't ...

Thanks a lot for your immediate and kind answears. Another question (hopfuly the last one from me  ) is: HO will call to verify employer references? In our case my husband's current employer is the CTO at his previous company so it would be a disaster to call him and ask to confirm the referen...

Bugmaster: It's completely logic and true what you are saying, but the reality in my country is not logic at all. For example my husband as project manager earns a net salary of 650 euros plus bonuses. That is 5 times the medium salary of Romania and I am sure that if we would show this as earnings ...

I am curious about this too. My husband and I are in the same situation. Moreover, in Romania salaries are not completly declared (taxes are huge) and that is why showing earnings would be totally irelevant in our case. Do you think this can diminish our chances to get points for senior level experi...
