Approval Rate of HSMP applicants

Any idea about the current approval rate of HSMP applications?
Since the Home office is getting 600 -700 applications a week, just curious, howmany of them get through.

HI Thanks a lot.

Under HSMP first we get an initial visa for one year. In this period, can I enter UK after the first 6 months and search jobs online before this time?
I might be relieved from this project after 18 months.

need to send FLR (IED) in the beginning?

Hi I am going to apply for HSMP and I have download the application form.
I am living outside UK. So do I need to send FLR (IED) document too? My plan is if I get the HSMP approval, then I try there for one year to get a good job and if succeeds, then settle there.
Thanks,
