This is common, Home Office have just forgotten to mark it 'used' when your visa was issued. Tell your employer to send the CoS number to BusinessHelpdesk@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and they will change the status to 'used'. Hi guys,
I was thrown a curveball by our HR today saying that as she was looking through the system, she saw that the current COS status has gone to EXPIRED.. and now I am worried what is this? IS this normal process?

i think I am in the same boat.... I posted my application with gross salary of 46k(inclusive of 4k billable factor) for 40 hrs.The SOC is senior systems analyst.......that means i require 41600 for 37.5 hours..if they dont consider my 4k billable factor...i am screwed....i guess I Shot myself in foo...
