2 Sten Thanks for your respond. My story is: When I submitted my application to HO, I mentioned there about my wife’s bachelor degree, and sent the copy of her diploma as well. Actually I had required 65 points even without taking into account my wife's points. I don’t' know did HO consider my wife ...

Shall my dependants enter to UK with me, or can postpone it?

Hello!

As I understood , my wife may enter in the UK at any time. She can be outside the UK more than 3 months/per year to get FLR, and she does not need to complete 4 years in UK to qualify for residency (ILR).

Am I right?

Thanks,

russian bear

I've sent notarized copies of all my docs to HO in Feb 2004, and recently got approval letter. I've passed EC in UK Consulate in Moscow, Russia few days ago.... they accepted as well notarized copies of my docs. Only one original doc I gave them was my passport :D

2 months after the date of my EC visa validity will not affect my chances of getting ILR :)

EC in Russia

I’ve got my EC visa yesterday in UK Embassy in Moscow, Russia. :D They took my docs 2 weeks ago and submitted them to London. 3 days ago they called me and told that I can come and stamp my EC visa. Yesterday I arrived at 8-00. The clerk took my passport to stamp a visa, but I was asking to postdate...
