I am the mother of the British child. I do not know why but they send me the new form to fill in which i did and sent it back to them.
in the form they have a section for primary carer for a British citizen which wasn't in the EEA2 form.

Yes. I applied under EEA2 under ruiz zambrano ruling. In the UKBA website dated Nov. 8, 2012, that applicants outside UK can now apply using the form EEA2 and be sent directly to liverpool which I did.
