I am in the similar situation. The good news is that you still have 10 weeks even if you don't manage to pass the test before your visa expiry. I called the HO recently and a lady told me that I should book the earliest available test and mention it in the lovering letter and they (HO) will suspend ...

In case of refusal you will have it may be on the refusal letter. Or just call'em state your ref number and ask to connect you to the case worker who worked on your case. His/her email would be last_name.first_name, something like this.

I have also applied on 31 August 2005, they said me that it would take up to 12 weeks to process mine. I received this reply 2-3 weeks ago. So do not count on it, the process is not that straightforward. Some who applied in September can get the decision and some who applied in August, or even in Ju...

Hey Jhonny, Sad things you are telling us about your second refusal. I guess you're probably right thinking that the caseworker didn't bother to read all your significant achievement section. You've got a pretty long and solid application, 182 pages, wow!!! And I am afraid that it could have played ...

Hi lloyed,
I am also an end-of-August applicant. My decision is still to be made. I am thinking of sending them an Urgent treatment request to push it from a backlog. Not sure what would be better to fax this form or mail it, since I've heard that their fax is not a reliable one.

Dear Talha,

You said you sent your documents on March 31, but they will consider your application as of the date they actually received it, not the date when it was sent.

I think you should take it, there is no use to agrue with them.

Good luck
