Faxed Job Offer on 12th Nov
Was asked for additional docs.
Got Approval letter today.
I had claimed 80 points.

They were confused what they wanted all the time it took them one month to decide what they want to go with WP or HSMP, last week they decided on WP permit but changed there mind by Thursday and send me a offer letter which I faxed to HSMP Team on Friday.

It’s easier for WP transfer than applying for a new work permit. In my case they preferred to go in for WP transfer than to give me a job offer to get me HSMP processed faster.
