For ILR PEO appointment there is an increase in price. I paid 1377 GBP last week whereas from 6th April'13 one may have to pay 1426 GBP.

Was it a postal application? I believe for PEO premium appointments you get the passport and documents on the same day. BRP card will be delivered in 7-10 working days.

@Kevin: I made the payment using my Visa debit card. Personally I don't have any experience with other PEO's but I would rate Solihull PEO as 5/5.

If you bank with HSBC, they can have the statements delivered to a nearest branch of your choice in 2 working days. If it's your home address then it may take 5-7 working days.

It says 180 days in any of the 5 consecutive years preceding the date of ILR application. Work out your 5 years from the date you are planning apply. it may be possible the absences be split in 2 years. Reg documents it depends on which Visa you are on.
