No, I wasnt self employed.

I was employed full time in 2011. I did not claim any points from self employment in 2011.

ILR- Main and dependent application at same time

Hi,

I have Tier-1 General granted on Feb-2011 and my spouse came to UK as my dependent on Sep-2011.

Can you please confirm that we both can apply for ILR in Jan 2016 at the same time?

Re: ILR eligibility

No, I haven't done such a thing. I have proof of payment of tax via bank statement. Is that sufficient or is there any official document required by HO to show the proof of tax payment made to earnings via self employment?

Re: ILR eligibility

Yes, I have a combination of employment and self employment under Tier 1 G. My taxes are up to date.

>>Are all your income declarations to HMRC and HO the same and all taxes paid up to date?
How can I check this?

English language requirement for ILR- Main and dependant

Hi, I have Tier-1 General granted on Feb-2011 and my spouse came to UK as my dependent on Sep-2011. We both are eligible for ILR in Jan 2016. When I was given Tier-1 general my qualification was in the PBS list and was given 30 points based on that. For ILR, is it enough for both of us to take 'Life...

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, My Jan 2012 payslip mentions as 01-01-2012 tp 31-01-2012. Can I mention as 3 Jan still?

Also my accountant has finalised my docs until 31 dec.

Does the date on the personal bank statement matter?

Tier 1 Extension - Dividend Date query

Hi, I am going for Tier 1 extension and claiming my earnings from 1 Jan 2012-31 Dec 2012. The dividend voucher has Dec 31st 2012 date on it. Even though the transaction was done on 31 Dec, bank statement shows as 2 Jan 2013. Will HO consider this dividend which appears as 2 Jan or will they treat it...
