Re: Amendment to EEA Regulation from 1/01/2014 Singh diluted

"how would they find out anyway unless you tell them" Air flight and ferry trips keep a passenger log. I think it fair to assume these logs are available to the border forces. There is also ANPR logging traffic into and out of countries. In todays surveilance society peoples movement is t...

Re: Passprt retained by HO after refusing EEA 4

Requesting passport back does not cancel appeal on eea applications. It does on UK law. But home office will all you to withdraw application before returning passport which will cancel appeal.

Re: Leaving the UK to apply for EEA Family Permit

Well.. its tricky... but as ur married to a qualified eea national you dont need a visa. Eea2 is optional. the coa is sufficient for work. As your married. You are the spouse so the coa will suffice but is not mandatory. Obviously. The coa will be faster than a fp in most cases and far less risky.

Re: Passprt retained by HO after refusing EEA 4

Is eu still working if so that's the basis of how to reenter UK. Leaving the UK does not kill the appeal ( Thanks for showing me that obie ) . Don't waste time asking for it back. .. remind the ho of the fact that retaining the passport is akin to theft as they cannot deport the non eu. Give them 14...

Re: Leaving the UK to apply for EEA Family Permit

There is no need for you to get a fp. It will not benefit you in anyway

also. A coa does not give you the right to work in the UK. You are correct.

That right comes from the detective. The home office simply confirm this right on the coa.

Re: Updates on Zambrano applications

Hi ada4msd, Thanks for the congrats. The first win was on human rights only. The second win was on zambrano only and they cancelled the human rights win. I personally think I should have won on all three: zambrano, human rights and right to family life. You only need to win on one of the three to w...

Re: Leaving the UK to apply for EEA Family Permit

(1) Being a non-visa national, you will have no issue entering the UK.... (2) There is also the risk of dealing with ignorant ECO which will refuse the application.... Both excellent points. 1) Once at the border, Article 5 (Right of Entry) means that they cannot turn you away. The airline won't be...

Right to Vote...

Hey guys. So, turns out that my wife's credit rating is 'very poor'. She has numerous 'credit agreements' which have been managed perfectly. However, the fact that she is not on the electoral register is seriously damaging what could otherwise be a good credit rating. My wife is now in the UK follow...

Re: Updates on Zambrano applications

the reason the home office refused: they did not consider human rights.

The reason the courts would most likely accept: They legally have to consider human rights.

Stay strong,,, and remember: MAKE SURE YOU ATTEND THE HEARING.. The HO WILL. And you cannot defend yourself if you do not attend!

Re: successful zambrano appeals

my wifes appeal was successful on Human Rights issues... But failed under both Zambrano and Singh (Ironic really, considering the Home Office issued an EEA Family Permit to my wife on 23rd with evidence obtained prior to the hearing). To quote the judge (maybe not exact quote): "It is in the be...

Re: Help me ! I received a letter of IS151a!!

accompanying an IS151a is usually an IS151b. an IS151b is appealable... The Home Office NEVER issued my wife with an IS151B. They did however submit this document in a bundle at the court hearing in December. I assume that you made a human rights submission with your EEA4 ? the fact that after such ...
