Hi Could someone explain what is the meaning of work related absence ? The new document SET(O) mentions to include evidence of any work related absence for tier 1 including any paid annual leave. So do I have to include evidence of leave if I go outside of country on holiday which is not work relate...

ILR Dependent with indipendent Tier1

Hi
I will be applying for ILR in near future with my spouse. My spouse has her own tier 1 but I want her ILR to be applied as dependent. What extra documents if any I would need to present in such case?
