I got my documents back today with a letter stating that I need pay the fees and reapply because the fee could not be taken. No warning - nothing. Nothing about overstaying or anything. Do I have to mark the box that I have overstayed in this case? I don't think I have to because the letter does not...

Is it a good idea to post the CAS letter along with a cheque to pay the fees as the first time the fees didn't go through?
