Child tax credit and working tax credit

hi,
I am on ILR and my wife is on spouse visa(FLR-M), can we apply for child tax credit and working tax credit? will it affect my wife visa extension? as she is not allowed to take public benefits.

Hi. Can you please guide me. For flr m I am taking salary through cheque for 6 months. In bank statement it's showing onlying cheque number. Would copies of cheque will be enough or should I get attested these copies from lawyer? Many thanks

I got British employee. But he is moving to Europe. Now can I continue to keep him employee? As he is doing most of the stuff from home? Or will it create any problem later on with ukba?

You can switch as dependent of your wife within UK as long as I think. No problem with that. No problem from switching from main applicant to dependent within UK . But dependent can't switch to main applicant.

I don't think it will affect on your extension assuming you just get points and you mention it. However there might be problem when applying for ilr. 3 points is fine. More than that might affect...

Ok. People on ILR application been interviewed because of this. I know someone who been to such interview on ILR application . They asked him questions regarding test and center and some general questions. After which they said it's ok and he got ILR. So in your case I think they will just check yo...
