Re: Visa Curtailment interview

Ok. People on ILR application been interviewed because of this. I know someone who been to such interview. They asked him questions regarding test and center and some general questions. After which they said it's ok and he got ILR. So in your case I think they will just check your English level. Use...

Re: Visa Curtailment interview

Agree with momi. I think the reason you haven't got interview is because you did not sit toiec exam but your partner did pass it. Ukba might have check college data. Only those people received interview who have any link with toiec exam.

Re: NET CREATION OF JOBS IN EXISTING BUSINESS

No need to inform ukba about new business. But at time of extension you need to attach everything. Regarding employee, technically you should create additional jobs. As the jobs or job vacancy still there when you took over. If you want to check with ukba then do it under freedom of information. As ...

Re: Visa Curtailment interview

Hmm I don't think you need to focus on preparing business documents. If it was business progress interview then they would have asked you to bring business documents to support your arguments. This is my personal view.

Re: Visa Curtailment interview

i think interview will be related to your toiec test. As many people have been interviewed whoever attached toiec test in any extension. They will do interview to check your English level and questions about your centre where you took toiec test etc. rizarifpk123456: you have attached toiec test jaz...
