Hi Sonia, I thought we (PSW) are not required to submit business plan even after 31 Jan changes? Sorry if i misunderstood this, can you please clarify. I will be switching from PSW £50000. Thanks Ikonda for sharing your opinion, but i am not suprised by a comment from a person who have applied for Tier 1(Enter) from Tier 4. I can feel your feelings....

So is there no right of appeal even you apply in country for Tier 1(Enter)? Whats the difference between appeal and administrative review? Thanks

Thanks whiteroses for your reply. Just to add, Photograher(my client) is not registered self-employed at the moment. Please could you advice what should i do? Any advice will be quite helpful, as i am worrying about it. thanks

OR if he setup his own company first and then i do a contract with him...then it will be ok? As in this case contract will be with new company who is just registered,say, 20 days ago.. will this be a problem as UKBA might think that its a bogus company....
