Can some please quickly explain the difference between Form SET(LR) and FLR(LR)??

SET(LR) = settlement through long residence 10 year route.

You should update your self assessment (SA302) before applying for ILR. Your income declared to HO and HMRC must match. You will see many refusals and delays for ILR due to this issue. Your wife will need to switch to FLR(M). She does NOT need LIUK but she WILL have to submit English A1 test certificate from one of the approved test providers. Same with me, my son was born in Feb 12 and we(excluding my child) got ILR yesterday.

I am going through MN1. 1.2 says whn did child got ILR, I didnt applied nor my child have ILR.
