If that is the case, you don't need to show documentation for co-hab. This was my experience. As long as your salary meets the requirement, t...

It's not illegal, and, indeed, if they are admitted they are entitled to stay for six months at at time. However, as they are breaking the guidelines for visit entry, they can, at any time, be refused entry or have their visa curtailed. I would suggest that it's only a matter of time before a vigil...

They can apply for a long-term visa but it will only be issued at the discretion of the ECO. Nevertheless, they are only permitted to spend six months per year in the UK with that visa. The rules have been modified and only the relatives of settled residents can apply for the family visit category,...

There is no requirement for visa extension of some months/days before current visa expires. I also had my 2nd extension last week which was 8.5 months early. I did that due to same reason fees increase (was expecting this) and peace of mind. No questions were asked and got visa starting from date of...

I am not sure but I am pretty confident that Gerry's needs fees in Pak rupees. You can confirm this by calling Gerry's.

Yes, I did that 5 days ago and got approval (my current visa was expiring after 8-months in October 2013). As my ILR is due in April 2014 thus I will be hopefully going to apply for ILR by end of March 2014 (28-days early than 5-years) to avoid another fees increase in April 2014.

UKBA enquiry helpline is known to give incorrect advice at times. There's no rule that specify when you can extend as long as it's before your visa expires. I extended in 2011. When I extended back in 2011 the case officer asked why did I extend, I still have a year left. I said for work and mortga...
