You have sufficient documents on both the names... Council bill,electricity bill, water bill and rent agreement... I submitted only four documents .. You can check my post.. I have listed down the documents i provided as part of ILR.. Few have got by submitting only two documents on both the names....

You need cohabitation proof for 2 years. They should cover the whole 2 year, ideally every couple of months. If in both names, at least 6 letter (at least a letter every 4 month).
