Happens sometimes, I know how hard it can be, but the only advise I can give you is to have patience. At least the application processing times have improved. If your card has been charged, then your application is with the HO and that way you are assured. Even a couple of years back the waiting per...

That link may not be upto date. You dont need passport sized photos in an HSMP application. You will need them for FLR or EC depending on your circumstances.

Getting an ILR means that you have made the UK your home in the long term. You become effectively a permenant resident in the country and therefore are ...

As per the FLR guidance notes, you need to apply at least 4 or 5 weeks in advance from the date of your visa's expiry - no later than that. Many people submit their extension papers 2 months in advance and that is acceptable too - although no earlier than that.

Its difficult to say if the company seal would be enough as that depends on how the case worker percieves it. If it is possible then I would advise you to get the signature with the designation done as well. It just adds more credibility to your documents.

What you need to do is download the guidlines documents on HSMP so that you have a basic idea on what it entails to get approved during the scheme. The documents can be found on the HO website www.workingintheuk.gov.uk/ on the forms page.
