Yes its an organisation chart, see the FAQ for an example. No its not a must to attach it in your extension application. I have read threads in the forum where they say attaching your organogram in your initial application would be useful to the case worker. I havent heard that for extensions though...

Viral, You said in one of your earlier posts that you have send your application from India? You dont need to inform the HO of your new job regardless of where you are from even if you are in the UK. However, if you were an in-country, you could fax they your new job offer and expediate the processi...

i dont disagree with the fact that they can help you apply (by giving you a reference and supporting your income claims), but in as far as giving you a 'false alibi' i would be surprised about that. in anycase how is one going to deal with the situation where all your work experience documents, pay...

If SBS's case is approved (10th May application), how come website is showing 7th May date. Does that mean that the earlier assumption of people (that they deliberately put a backdated update) is true? We dont know that for sure, its just mere speculation. Please note that the 8th and 9th of May we...

I think they will improve performance after having changed current point system - current conditions make it too easy to apply for HSMP. I suspect they are quietly revising it now and do not want to let too many people into the country under the current system. It's only my opinion of course. That ...

I dont see any reason why not. Your HSMP application is made by you. Your work permit will be issued by the HO on behalf of your future employer. There is no conflict in that. You dont already have an approval, do you? Get you work permit and go to the UK. You can wait for the results of the HSMP ap...

There are a lot of companies in the UK run by half a dozen IT consultants to manage their taxes. They are registered, have VAT numbers and pay regular taxes. I didnt think of them as dodgy. Just smarter way of handling their incomes. Whats dodgy, however, is to get a job offer from such companies on...

putting aside the misrepresentation issue aside, just one question why would an employer who already holds your WP want to help you to be flexible, i mean you could then leave them straight after you get the permit I been working on a work permit for nearly 2 and a half years and I have a good work...

I just phoned the HSMP help line and they said that no, current employer offers won't be considered to speed up the application.....
Oh well, worth an ask though ;) I would have gotten a letter out of my employer in a jiffy if they would accept it :)

Re: Is it ok to get the job offer from current employer?

Can I present a "Job Offer" from my current employer???? I know that HO would think it is better to continue with the WP but I prefer the flexibility of the HSMP, would it be accepted? Thanks Thats very interesting. How is the job offer going to be presented? Would your current employer r...

In the past two weeks, two members in this forum have faxed their job offers to the HO and had their applications placed on the urgent queue. Best of luck 8)

but will the HO not ask about partner's present condition as i have claimed 10 points based on her I see this topic has been touched on before. Can you post some more details of your case or the hypothetical situation. In the event of you changing employment and being issues a new WP, you will have to file for further leave to remain before you can work for your new employer. On that basis if you you go to the PEO and submit letter of conti...

Ensure that the solicitor/lawyer firm is registered with the the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).

You can also go on the OISC website and search for registered firms based on the post code and the type of immigration advise you are looking for.

Yes, any information on your application is entirely at the discretion of the employer. I dont know anything about management services but my two cents would be to contact someone in your line of proffesion working in the UK and understanding how the market moves here. Another factor that sometimes ...

Time spent on business visa does not count towards settlement. Consider this; After coming here on a business visa, suppose you want to change your visa category to that of HSMP and want to apply for leave to remain?... I dont think you will be allowed to switch in country. They will ask you to obta...

I would agree with that. Based on the reference numbers and dates participating members have been publishing it looks like they are recieving between 2000 - 2500 applications a month, so that sounds right. The rate of processing applications seems to hover around 50 odd per working day based on the ...

Dont loose hope yet. Its only the first step. There may be internally other measures they are undertaking.
