I live in South Africa, so if the copy is certified by the police is that ok? Is any other documentation required for proof of age? All other documentation I will be submit...

You should still get an extension of 4 years as you have been employed during this period and are economically active. If they are not satisfied with the time you have spent in the UK, they might reduce the leave to remain but other than that, you should be fine.

There should not be a problem. You are allowed to do part time work. You dont need to mention it in your HSMP application since you may not be claiming those points.

I am moving this topic to the HSMP forum where it is more applicable.

Can you also let us know the reason you were out of UK during this period. For instance was it business related?

You relative period of unemployment should not be an issue.

2 months and 3 weeks in advance you risk the possibility of the application being returned back to you unprocessed as its too early. You can call up the FLR team and explain your position. If they agree, then you can send in your application with a covering letter. Their telephone number is on the F...

Since the FLR will be stamped for 4 years and I have to apply for ILR after that and if I stayed more of my time out of UK then ILR will be rejected. This still needs to be clarified and as people havent yet spend 5 years on HSMP, we dont know how the cases will be treated. In your case, you fear t...

Unfortunatly, you cannot amalgamate time spend as a dependent in any category with HSMP or Work permit for the purpose of ILR in the 5 year category. Even the time spend on Permit Free visa does not count towards ILR in the 5 year category.

Your ILR clock will start ticking from the date you enter UK, not from the start date of your visa. Therefore the first 20 days that you delayed in coming will not be taken into consideration. If you have spend more time outside UK that the maximum that is allowed (for example 6 months) then you wil...

I am afraid, they will ask you to send in a fresh application. You could call the FLR team and speak to them anyway to make sure you had no other option. You should find their telephone numbers on the FLR(IED) form. When submitting your new application you will be required to submit fresh evidence f...

If applied early than 5 weeks then HSMP extension would be given from that date & it would results in less than five Years for whole HSMP period.
No, extension will be given from the date of expiry of your current visa.

Also you can apply 2 months in advance as the FLR team is accepting it.

And after how many time we can apply for British passport? Yes once you spend 1+4 years you should be able to apply for ILR. T...
