ILR 10 Year Applications now on PEO

Hi, Is it true that you can now apply for ILR Long residence at the premium service centres? I just heard the rule came into place April 6th. Has anyone on the group used the service yet? Would really appreciate some insight if anyone has any with regards to process and documentation etc. many thanks.

Re: ILR- Apply under 10 Yr or wait to qualify under T1Gen

i would be too!

I'm unsure of my dependent situation just yet, but if im not sponsoring a dependent i might just apply under the 10 year rule.

due to the rapid changes in the law, my lawyer seems to think that would be the way to go to apply as soon as i can.

thanks.

coolguy9 I somehow want to agree with mulderpf. i may be wrong but i also think that part of the reason, may be a very small part for the fee increase is that ukba have noticed that people working in petty jobs have highly skilled visa. Also people show that they earn so much money in order to secur...

Hi, Did they tell you why they have asked for these documents, Do you not have the NI and other tax info on your pay slips? Usually this info is always present on a standard pay slip. Did you submit like a paper pay slip or a print out, where the tax info was missing? not sure how much time you have...
