we have applied on the same time as yours..still waiting ...keep updating if you get anything...there's not time frame for that it may takes few weeks to few months.. it's really annoying that there's no time frame..

I think you should get solicitor advise as i think you should have unrestricted cos..and bear in your mind that issuing invalid cos can lead to suspend the license..so i would suggest you to get solicitor advise before you do anything..

as far as i concern when you request them for urgent treatment they may ask for proof.

did you send any proof of your visa with email..? or did they ask for it ?

I am in same situation as well..and the problem is you can not ask to ukba for the timeframe..some people got their un-cos within a week time..!!

yes at the time of applying license we ask for 1 cos. but when we got license approval it says they have not allocated U-COS as it was not clarified that was it restricted or unrestricted.so we have sent a request for it through SMS..but dont know how long will it take to get 1 UNRESTRICTED COS.. Wh...

My Sponsor got his license in just 3 weeks but with not cos allocation..so they applied it now..but dont know ..how will it take to get unrestricted cos....

hope they speed up now in clearing their backlog..
