I am not sure but this is what i have read Priority postal service
Requests will only be accepted from legal representatives who will be assisting UKBA with a pre-sift procedure to ensure that the eligibility criteria are met.

I always used to go to solicitor for any advise as my solicitor is quite good in knowledge and it helps me a lot..i use this forum to know the current timeline..

there's no extra cost for priority postal service. as long as your solicitor is authorized by ukba to do your application through Priority Postal Service..
